What We Collect

BlogYourTravels collects the information needed to operate travel storytelling tools, including account details, contact details you provide, travel notes, drafts, uploaded media, generated posters or stories, and usage events from the app.

If you connect or interact through Meta products such as Facebook or Instagram, we may process account, page, Instagram business account, message, comment, mention, webhook, campaign, and performance metadata that Meta makes available for the permissions you grant or the actions you take.

How We Use Information

• Provide and improve the poster, story, publishing, analytics, and lifecycle messaging features.
• Route comments, messages, and replies you ask the service to handle.
• Measure campaign and product performance without selling your personal information.
• Protect the service, prevent abuse, debug issues, and maintain audit records.
• Send account, support, product, or lifecycle emails when appropriate.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to run the product, integrations you authorize, cloud and infrastructure providers, and where required for legal, safety, or security reasons. We do not sell personal information.

Retention And Security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet audit and security obligations, resolve disputes, or comply with law. We use access controls, encrypted storage where appropriate, and least-privilege operational access.

Your Choices

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing privacy@keryxmarketing.com. You can also disconnect BlogYourTravels or Keryx Marketing from Meta through your Facebook or Instagram business integration settings.
